The villa is located in Agios Onoufrios area, just 750 meters away from the homonym sandy beach.

Chic Dream Villa is located in Agios Onoufrios area, close to many beautiful beaches and local amenities. Agios Onoufrios is a small seaside village of Cape Akrotiri, which is located 8km north of Chania. In a walking distance of just 11 minutes, you can find the scenic beach of Agios Onoufrios, awarded with a blue flag, while nearby there are many other beautiful and well-known beaches, such as the Seitan Limania, the beaches of Kalathas, Stavros and Marathi.

For daily necessities, the small town of Kounoupidiana is only a short drive away (2 Kms), offering a nice variety of shops. In the area, there are doctors, pediatricians, pharmacies, banks, ATM machines, supermarkets, pastry shops, bakeries, hair and beauty salons, gas stations. There are also several leisure facilities you can try nearby, such as tennis courts, gyms, sailing, scuba diving daily excursions, boat rides, bowling alleys and playgrounds. Reference must also be made to the restaurants of the region, in which someone can get to know and enjoy the Greek cuisine not only through traditional dishes but also through more gastronomically bold choices.

Chania Old Town with its venetian harbour, winding narrow streets and abundance of cafes, souvenir shops and restaurats is a mere 20 minute drive away, waiting to be explored. Being just 20 minutes away from the highway, makes it easy to explore the surrounding area with its archeological sites, waterpark, beaches, gorges and villages.

Magnificent sights and historic places are also abundant in the area. The Venizelos Graves, the Agia Triada monastery and the Gouvernetos monastery, which was built in 1537 and from which someone can reach the Panagia Arkoudiotisa cave and the Katholiko by following a paved path, are just a few of the existing choices to mention.
